Cà phê dá is a traditional Vietnamese Iced Coffee, also known as cafe da. It is made from coarse ground dark roast Vietnamese-grown coffee.

What makes Vietnamese coffee different from others is it’s strong taste and thicker brew. A few over roasted beans too add up for it’s unique taste. Vietnamese coffee is always a drip coffee (a small metal Vietnamese drip filter is used). This can be served both hot or cold with sweetened condensed milk on the side.
